1. Recomend accessibility evaluation guides, tools, and best practices
2. Promote accessibility issues in OCW tools
3. Develop automatic systems to create accessibility content formats
   1. Automatic video text
   2. Automatic voice content generation like DAISY ( www.daisy.org)
   3. Automatic file size reduction
