Fair Use Working Group

The Fair Use Working Group is an informal, collaborative (i.e. "participant-driven") group comprised of individuals concerned with the legal concept of "fair use" in the US and its effect upon the publication of Open Educational Resources. The Fair Use Working group is part of a larger exploration of Copyright Exceptions and Limitations within the OCWC.
